American Date Format in 1Password entries

I reported some months ago, along with several others, the use of American date format in the 1Password entries for dates modified, created etc. I think the reply was that it was being looked at, however I see that the problem persists. This is very confusing as it is difficult to know what month something happened in. To me it seems that this would be an easy thing to fix, and it would be very helpful if it could be fixed as soon as possible.

Any help would be appreciated.
