Sorry to hear autofill isn't behaving as expected. I'd like to confirm some details with you to get a better idea of what might be causing this:

  • Which version of the 1Password browser extension are you using?
  • Is Chrome's built in default password manager disabled?
  • When copying the password manually, is this from the browser extension window or the Mac app?
  • If it's the Mac app, can you give it a try via the browser extension window and let me know what you find?
  • If it's the browser extension window, can you give it a try from 1Password.com and let me know the results?
