Android app freeze when searching

I am your paid user and i am on Samsung Galaxy S23 and Motorola. Both run latest Android 14.
I have noticed your app is crashing and hanging on both devices when trying to search. Many users have reported this issue and you have closed the discussion threads immediately. Do not hide these issues. Take responsibility and accept this with a tentative resolution date
Now dont ask for os build number. hardware specs, IMEI numbers. You already know this is an issue.

    I have contacted your support through email. Still waiting for a response. But this seems to be a known issue that your app is not compatible with Android 14's some build.

    The thread was closed as the user submitted a diagnostic report in order to prevent duplication of effort. I would recommend contacting the the appropriate team via email so they can gather logs. It's not required but should you be experiencing something different you may be delaying a potential resolution for your troubles.
