App lag on starting and unlocking

Recently, my 1password has something wrong.

It set as startup with system. I can see it from activity manager but it's not on menu bar.
When launch it manually, it has no window around 1 min until I can see it. And I need to wait more than 10 seconds until I can unlock it from AppleWatch. When requested from chrome, it requires the same steps and time.

After unlocked, nothing is wrong.

Rebooting won't fix.
