App requests logon info, select key icon new keyboard numeric key is dead

Tried this on w7 on my pc and ios 16.3 on ipad (5th gen), same results. Open paypal app which requests logon info. Select key icon on keyboard, new display with new keyboard. Numeric key at lower left end of keyboard unresponsive, cannot enter numbers for password.

    downloaded latest version of 1password on my ipad, version 8. Same exact result. I was using version 7.7.6 of 1 password previously.
