Apple Watch unlock isn't working

1P_Dave I'm having this problem on an Intel iMac 27" 2020 with T2 running latest Sonoma 14.6 public beta.
I just ran through the steps from Apr. 5 post, and no joy.
I get the message that I must enter my password before Apple Watch unlock can work...
So I do that, then lock 1Pw. When I unlock it repeats the above message.
I have no issues getting Apple Watch to work on a MacBook Pro 14, 2021, with latest Sonoma 14.5.
I followed instructions in Apr. 8 post and sent my Diagnostics file.
