Auto-fill non-standard authentication processes

I'm a new convert to 1Password, coming in from LastPass. So far, so good - it's refreshing to get away from such a clunky UI!

Some websites have an authentication process that relies on entering bits of information other than simply a username and password. Let's take hyatt.com as an example. When signing in with a password, it asks for World of Hyatt membership number, surname and password.

Is there a way to store these fields in 1Password so that they're auto-filled? How does mapping for non-standard fields work?

I know that I could use passkeys on hyatt.com, but this authentication pattern exists elsewhere, too, and I'd love to find that I can auto-fill here!
