Auto-generated password lost
Often when I create a new password using within-field auto-suggestion drop-downs, 1Password does not save my password. Sometimes I have successfully fixed the broken modal in step 3 (below) by reload...
The reported issue provides the URL at which the problem occurs. Please attempt to re-create the issue on your own and let me know if you cannot reproduce; I have encountered this error multiple times on multiple computers (always in Firefox, IIRC).
