Auto lock isn't working
I've contacted tech support at least 3 times to ask that the auto lock be fixed. Each time I'm told they're working on it. So sick of logging in multiple times a day because app locks me out every 10...

Thank you for the screenshot, that confirms that you're referring to the auto-lock period for the 1Password.com web app and not the browser extension or the desktop app.
There was an issue where users would see "Your session has ended after 10 minutes of inactivity" regardless of what duration they set for auto-lock. This specific issue has been resolved however there is a secondary issue that is still open where 1Password.com might lock after ~35 minutes even if you have a longer auto-lock duration set. Our developers are investigating the issue and hopefully a fix will be released soon.
I know that this issue is disruptive. As a workaround, I recommend that you use the desktop app instead for now since it doesn't run into the same issue: Get the 1Password apps
