Hi 1password Team,
it's been a while since this thread has been opened, but unfortunately the situation has not changed much. I'm a heavy 1p and iPhone user, and would love to see this fixed somehow. As others have said here before me, 15 minutes is too much time to wait for the iOS Safari extension to auto-lock. I think the best would be having an option to lock the extension automatically when the device locks, as the app can do.
Is this somehow hindered by technical issues? Or is it just not a priority? I think everyone here would appreciate if you could shed some light on this topic.
Thanks!

Welcome to the community! I don't have any news to share at the moment, there hasn't been any recent movement on revisiting the "Reauthorize After" setting for 1Password for Safari on iOS. That being said, I've shared your feedback with the team internally.
If the current 15 minute interval doesn't meet your personal threat model then I recommend either manually locking 1Password for Safari after you're done using it or turning 1Password for Safari off and using AutoFill to fill and save logins in Safari instead.

Hi Dave, thanks for replying and for the update.
This is quite a deal breaker for me, so yes, I resorted to disabling the extension and using AutoFill alone. But I think that's unfortunate, since I like the idea of a deeper integration of 1P with Safari, like I'm used to have on the Mac.
Also thanks for sharing my concern with the team, I hope this setting gets reconsidered.
