1Password Team
11 months agoHello, sshipway. Thank you for reaching out.
I apologize for the issue you experienced on the Spark Xtra website. I've reported the Autosubmit problem to our development team and included you as an impacted user in our internal records.
The 1Password extension utilizes the website page structure to identify clues for filling in, saving items, and suggesting Login items. Therefore, if a website's code is not correctly labelled, 1Password in the browser cannot recognize it as a field that can be auto-filled.
I couldn't recreate a password autofill issue on the Spark Xtra website. Are you experiencing this behaviour on the Spark Xtra page or a different website? Can you share the website URL so I can test it on my end?
