I've reviewed the page structure and it looks like the email field is set up as a registration field, instead of a login field. When 1Password detects those specific 'register' clues, it is being told to offer emails from 1Password identity items instead.

Nevertheless, I've created an issue for our development team to look further into this, and determine if we can make some improvement to the way 1Password interprets this specific site.

In the meantime, if you have an existing Login item for this website, I'd suggest clicking the 1Password icon in your browser's toolbar then click the "Autofill" button on your Login item.
