3 years agoAutofill now only offering to search after latest update
I noticed after the latest update to 1password (8.10.1) that all autofill fields now just give the option to search within 1password.
Is this a deliberate change? Or is there something wrong with my installation? If so, what do you suggest I do to fix it? Basically It was working before the update.
Obviously autofill is working as it offers to open the 1password search box but there are no suggested autofills at the point of entry. (See screenshot)
You have to click through to 1Password and it will give you a list of suggested autofills

Hi @DickieD, Ronso thanks for writing in.
We have recently identified a regression in the recent update which has caused this behavior. My apologies for the trouble. Resetting filling suggestions should get things working again for you:
1. Open and unlock 1Password for Android.
2. Tap the account or collection icon.
3. Tap Settings > Autofill.
4. Tap Show filling suggestions off.
5. Tap Show filling suggestions on.Let me know if that works for you and thanks again!

After opening with "open 1Password" it suggests the correct entries. Seems to be related to the backend update "autofill behavior".
