Autofilling forms seems to be disabled sometimes by 1Password - macOS/Chrome

I've noticed many forms don't seem to allow Chrome to autofill my info (name, address, phone, etc). So I turned off 1Password's Chrome extension temporarily and it fixes it. Here's a sample form that will only let me autofill my info when 1Password is disabled: https://www.sofi.com/optout/

1Password Version: 8.7.0
Extension Version: 2.3.4
OS Version: macOS 12.4

    Hey lowellk:

    To confirm, are you trying to autofill using Chrome's identity filling option, or 1Password in Chrome? I was able to successfully fill my address from my Identity item into Sofi's opt out page here.
