Automatic fill 'COMMAND <' is not saved in 1P and not works

On a new formatted Mac with Sequoia i cannot insert and save 'COMMAND <' as automatic fill shortcut (italian keyboard): is it a bug or whatelse ? How to solve it ?
On other Mac (not new where i have upgraded to Sequoia) the same shortcut (inserted with old OSX) was there and it works ...

  • Hello face! 👋

I'm sorry that you're running into issues with shortcuts on your Mac. Our team is investigating an issue where certain keyboard layouts (including Italian keyboards) don't set shortcuts properly. I've added your report to the internal work item for the issue.

Is it possible that you used a different keyboard with your old Mac? Are you able to use a different shortcut such as CMD + ]?

Hi 1P_Dave no i use the same keyboard also with old Mac and CMD< works properly ...
now i delete on old Mac the CMD< and i cannot insert it anymore :(

I've also tried CMD+] and not works ... hoping you at 1P Team could solve it asap.
I've written many years ago with the same issue ** CMD\ ** as well not works and the bug is's still here ...

Thanks for the reply. The issue that I mentioned earlier, which involves keyboards that use Italian layouts, is still open with our development team. I'm sorry that I don't have an update to share at the moment.

Are you able to try other shortcuts that might work for you? For example, a colleague reported that the following worked for them:

    1. Set the shortcut for Autofill to Cmd + ù.
    2. Right click the 1Password icon in the macOS menu bar and select Quit.
    3. Re-open and unlock the 1Password app.
    4. Test using Cmd + ù to autofill.

Let me know if that works for now.
