Automatically update all HTTP sites to HTTPS if they support it

Thanks 1P_Tommy, in the meantime https://github.com/bevry/dorothy/commit/4350622e4ae080daf071d3e63cfd4ee139cb801d to the https://github.com/bevry/dorothy via its https://github.com/bevry/dorothy#secrets command, which interfaces with the 1Password CLI.

You may be able to trial it standalone (without setting up Dorothy) by running:
