Autosave for login, make update existing searchable

Does the item you want to update contain a website URL address?
Yes it does contain a website URL but not yet the one I am filling in the password at that moment.
For example we have companySiteA.com and companySiteB.com both can use the same username/password but both are different URL's. When I login in at companySiteA.com I use the option create new item (as this mostly mean first time logging in with that account). But then when I want to login on companySiteB.com and I manually input the credentials it doesn't let me update the item I created on companySiteA.com.

Does the work user account have a website URL attached to it?
Yes it does but can be used on multiple URL's. Which doesn't use the sub domain structure

Does the autosave prompt offer a different Login to update with the same URL?
Yes that it does but I would like to have an easy way to update an existing record which doesn't have that URL yet.

When the Autosave prompt appears, are you able to click the "Edit" button instead to update the URL?
I think so I can edit the URL that I am currently on but I would like to add that URL to an already existing item in my vault.
