Appreciating that everyone here is overworked and overtaxed by the new release (1P 8), deciding whether or not to stay with 1P is a big and important decision - for all us loyal users.

We did try it. ALL of us who are expounding on the facts of how bad v8 is have tried it and are speaking from direct experience.
And it's fascinating how this same group of people independently came to the same conclusion with moments of working with v8.
I could get used to pounding my head against the wall too, if I kept doing it enough.
