Biometric Login not working

I have biometric login set up on my Android device and password needed set to two weeks. Yet I'm asked to retype my password every time I open the app. That's kind of annoying as I have a fairly long...

Hi @doug8800, thanks for writing in. I'm sorry Biometric unlock isn't working as expected.

To help us determine the issue, I'd like to ask you to create a diagnostics report from your Android device:

Sending Diagnostics Reports (Android)

Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support+forum@1password.com.

With your email please include:

You should receive an automated reply with a Support ID number that looks similar to: [#ABC-12345-678].  Please post that number here when you receive it.  Thanks again!
