Browser Extension in Safari and Chrome not working on MAC

In both browsers, when I click on Extension, I have the "Open 1Password" button which I click on and nothing happens. Doesn't save any password credentials I enter on websites. I am running on a MAC ...

Sorry to hear the 1Password browser extensions aren't behaving as expected. If you click the 1Password icon in your browser's toolbar, where the black padlock is, are you asked for your account password? Does entering it help the situation?

Let me know what you find and we can go from there. 🙂
