Hello accordionmelody! 👋

I'm sorry that sections are getting stuck when you customize the Home screen in 1Password for iOS. I've reproduced this issue on my end and have filed an issue with our development team. They'll investigate this further and work on including a fix in a future update to 1Password.

When the issue occurs, as you've noted, force closing and then reopening the app will allow you to move the section again. I apologize for the inconvenience.
