Bug in passport expiry alerts

I've just found that the passport expiry alerts appear to use issue date rather than expiry date to determine the timing of the alert.  This is obviously incorrect.

    Hi daneel​,

    Could you confirm if you're seeing this issue on 1Password.com, or in the 1Password app? Additionally, if you edit the item, what value do you have set for the "Alert Schedule" option shown in the screenshot below?

    Does the value selected match up with the issue date?  Looking forward to your reply!
