[bug] Please fix placeholder in recovery email's title
When I tried to recover member's account in my family, I got this email.
Obvioursly, the title is wrong.

Hey @asukayui, what email service provider and browser are you using? It's possible that the settings from your inbox or browser are affecting how the merge tag used in the email titled is displayed.
