Thanks for reporting this! I can confirm this same behavior in Chrome on a Mac, though it seems to work fine in Firefox, so we'll do some investigating.
As a workaround in Chrome, you can also select the 1Password extension in Chrome, select the Tesla item, select the three vertical dots, and choose Don't sign in automatically and that seems to prevent the issue. Apologies for the extra steps!

Any update on this, I am also running into this challenge, it allows me to manually sign in, but then I directed to a 403 Forbidden Page

I don't have an update to share on the original issue, though I've gone ahead and added your report to our internal tracker for it.
To confirm, is this occurring after you've chosen the "Don't sign in automatically" option mentioned in my colleague's reply above?
If so, are you seeing the same error mentioned in the original post or is it a generic 403 error? Do you see the same error if you manually type in your credentials?
