Bug when entering in new information on iPadOS

Hi, so I noticed a bug in the 1Password extension for iPad. When I created a new login and pressed save, nothing happens and it would stay stuck on the screen and never actually save to 1Password. I had to completely remove the extension and also remove 1Password and reinstall it all to get it working again. Very annoying.

Extension Version: IPadOS version
OS Version: IPadOS 16.3.1
