Can’t access one of my vaults with autofill

I have had 1Password for years and never experienced this issue. I have two vaults, "Personal" and "Shared." For some reason, as of today, I cannot access "personal" at all when opening the app...

Thanks, Dave, and thanks for removing my email and user info.

Travel Mode was not on and, yes, I do see the "Personal" vault listed in Items.

For some reason, everything I originally started this post about appears to be working again.

However, I am receiving an error that I can't edit this vault now.

Please help. Thanks.
