Can i have multiple URLs in the **same** website field?

I imported 2000+ logins from bitwarden, but the multiple URLs from bitwarden got all put into one website field for each record, usually separated by a comma. Is there any way (other than manually going thru every record and pulling every URL into a separate website field) for me to put some delimiter in there to have 1PW recognize the multiple URLs within one field (website)?

examples:
