Can someone pls chat, telephone, or email with me. I need help pls

I can't migrate my data from my iOS device, when I go thru the procedures to Add Existing Account, it tells me the account is already added.
I suspect it's b/c when I was setting up 1Password, I used the Emergency Kit from my iOS device, so they are the same when I try to add.
