Cancel my account

I wish to cancel my 1Password 7 account. I have an iMac (Ventura), and 1Password 8 is not compatible with his version.   How do I go about cancelling my account and stop direct debits coming throu...

Hi Dave 

Thanks for reaching out .  I have an iMac ( Ventura) - because of the age of my Computer - My Mac expert that helps me with my computer advises that I am unable to update to 1Password 8 / Monterey .  Therefore I have to download another Password Manager that is not affected by the software on my computer

1Password 8 is compatible with macOS Ventura, you can show your Mac expert our system requirements page: System requirements for the 1Password apps

Is there a particular error message that you run into when trying to install 1Password 8? Let me know if there's anything else that I can do to help. 🙂

    My computer is old and my advise is that It will not be able to Download 1Password Manager 8.

    Also I am having all sorts of issues in my indeavours to unsubscribe to 1Password 7. 

    1. I cannot find my secret Key -the one I have is not recognised for some reason.  I am 79 years old and I am computer challenged
