Cannot enter license

I was trying the 14 trial but decided was not for me I deleted the account but now I cannot add anything to my vault I have a license which I had for a few years do I need to download a different ver...

@plus9tuk,

The Mac App Store version does not support licenses so that explains why your license doesn't seem to be working. You will need to delete that version and install directly from our website. https://1password.com/downloads/mac/
