Cannot login to Vanguard using Apple iPhone 13Pro

When I try to login using 1Password to my Vanguard site, Username and Password autofill but when I press Log in I receive the message "Invalid username or password".
If I go to Safari and type in the url the screen comes up and the username and password autofill and it works fine but having to do that is rather inconvenient.
Why does it not work from the 1Password app?

    Hi Jack
    Thanks. I tried all that and although it all worked fine I thought it was bit of a palaver. Simplicity every time is what I crave and that was not simple.
    But thanks anyway.

    Thanks for asking! For the best experience, we'd recommend using Safari (or another browser on your device) to navigate to a site you'd want to fill into, and using either Password AutoFill or our new 1Password for Safari experience, rather than starting in the 1Password app. Let me know how you get on with that!
