Cannot sign into 1Password 8 for Mac with Security Key

I use physical YubiKey security keys with my 1Password account and after entering my account credentials, the "Two-Factor Authentication - Tap your security key to finish signing in" dialog box appears in the 1Password 8 app. Aftering tapping my security key, it will not recognize my security key – no matter how many times I insert and tap it, the dialog box will not disappear and sign me in.

OS Version: macOS Sonoma 14.2.1

    I see that you've also emailed us. I'm going to close this in favor of that discussion and to prevent duplication of efforts.

    One thing I would check is to ensure that the Key was saved as a key and not a passkey. Your experience seems like one I assisted a user with where the key was not saved correctly. That may give you something to work from. One of my colleagues on the email support team will be with you as soon as possible.
