Can't get Universal Autofill working on Terminal or iTerm

I am trying to get Universal autofill working with sudo, I am using fish shell but I tried with zsh also I have 1password enabled in Accessibility and Automation Secure Keyboard ...

Can you confirm that you created a macOS login item? Open 1Password for Mac and click the "+" upper right-hand corner. Search for macOS and create a login item.
