Can't Install, keeps saying I used a newer version. How do I trash and start over w 8? 1P refuses to
I pay annually. I do not know what I have insta.lled. I had to clean wipe my drive. How do I run 1P again. I tried both the beta and 8.

3 years agoI'm sorry for the confusion. Please try these instructions to generate the diagnostics report:
- Open Finder.
- Click Go in the menubar at the top of the screen.
- Click Go To Folder...
- In the new pop-up that appears paste:
~/Library/Group Containers/2BUA8C4S2C.com.1password/Library/Application Support/1Password/Dataand then press return on your keyboard. - Right-click on the folder titled
logsand selectCompress "logs".
Then attach the newly created logs.zip file to your email.
