Can't log in to app

I invited wife to my family account. She can log into 1password.com. We installed app for Mac but it won't open with her master password. She used to have individual account which we closed as we were planning on using family. I tried using her old master password but it doesn't work. We changed her new master password and app still won't open. Can you please help?
