Hey JohnJingle - have you seen the "If you lose access to your authenticator app or security key" section in this article? This might help, but if not, let me know what I am missing.

Ian That's exactly what I was going to recommend too! 🙂
JohnJingle If you still have access to 1Password on one of your other devices (you mentioned being able to log in on your Mac and iPad) then you can temporarily turn off two-factor authentication there as Ian described.
If you're still unable to access your 1Password account after trying those steps then let us know.
