Can't unlock V8 with an iPhone 8 because no Face ID is available

How to solve? 1Password Version: Not Provided Extension Version: Not Provided OS Version: Not Provided Browser:_ Not Provided

Hi marcmuellerbe

An iPhone 8 will have a Touch ID sensor, so you can use that instead of Face ID. You can find out how to set that up here:

☞ Use Touch ID to unlock 1Password on your iPhone or iPad

You'll need to be able to unlock your iPhone with Touch ID first to allow 1Password to be able to use it. Give that a try and let me know how you get on. I'll be here if you need further help. :)
