Can't update payment after payment rejected

BACKGROUND. The last time I paid for 1Password, I paid for the maximum number of years allowed. It was a long time ago. Today, I got a message that my automatic renewal didn't work and that I needed to update my payment. All is normal so far; the credit card on file expired after so many years.

THE PROBLEM is that after logging into https://my.1password.com/billing, I can't update my credit card. More specifically, I can add the new valid numbers to all the fields, but the button to save the numbers I add is greyed out. That button is labeled "Add Credit Card" and it should not be greyed out.

I've got until 14-MAR-2023 to fix this, or I'll be without 1Password, which is essential for me. This is really scary. What if I were traveling?

    Okay. It's all fixed now. Customer service contacted me. It is okay to lock/close this thread.
