Challenges with recent upgrade
Several challenges with recent upgrade. Would appreciate some support:
1) I use primarily with the computer app (Windows). I have multiple accounts (different clients) and utilize many vaults within each account. I have favorites in each. How do I get to those Vault Specific Favorites? It used to be so easy. It would seem sensible to have 'Favorites' as an option in the drop down from All Categories in the center column, but nothing there. If I click on Favorites on the left column, under Accounts, I get ALL favorites for ALL vaults. NOT HELPFUL! Why would that be taken away? If it's still there, please advise how to find just as easily as before.
2) Adding important (to me) info when setting up a profile in a vault. Before the update, I could easily add account #'s, random notes, all kinds of extraneous info that might be important to me, but not necessarily under a category you prompt. Maybe a store address, or person you like dealing with, a cust serv phone #, just your security answers, without having to select from your list of questions, etc. Why would you take away the ability to keep random info on a profile? If it's still there, please advise how to find just as easily as before.
3) When adding info, I used to be able to move fields up/down as needed, for organization. I don't see that you can move items up/down any longer. Why would you take that away? If it's still there, please advise how to find just as easily as before.
4) When adding items in a section, there used to be a title field, then the data field. You could then copy just the data field if needed. Now it all runs together and when you select 'copy' you get the title field, not the data field. So not helpful.
5) General visual appearance of computer app. Before the upgrade, the screen was crystal clear on my monitor. Now it's somewhat blurry
6) I have access to several accounts, as I have multiple clients who use 1PW and I actively encourage others to set up 1PW accounts for obvious reasons, which may then be shared with me. This upgrade make a complete mess of this. I used to LOVE using as I could customize each record as needed, but this upgrade had made it so much harder. Super frustrated and disappointed!
7) Using the phone (iOS) app. This has always been clunky. When I need to access an account on the fly, often times 1PW can't find it, through the website I'm accessing, so I have to go into 1PW, search for the profile, then copy/paste (re-signing in each time I leave 1PW), just to get the info that won't auto-fill for me. Is there a setting I can change to make this useful?
It would be greatly appreciated if I could get a call to assist with this, but not sure if you're set up that way. This is causing me a huge time suck, that I honestly don't have time for. If things weren't broken why would they be removed? And who was the decider on what got 'fixed'? Clearly not your users. How can I go back to the previous version?
