Chinese items and tags ranking

I just migrated from 1pw7 to 8. I am a Chinese user. It seems 1pw8 has some Chinese localization problems. Most of my items and tags are named in Chinese, they are sorted well by pinyin of the first Chinese character in 1pw7. But it comes a random ranking in 1pw8. Please fix this problem.
