Chrome Autofill is Blank

I have set up 1Password Family and I'm sorry to say it has been a complete nightmare. Pretty much a week of installing, re-installing, configuring and signing in endlessly. I think it's probably a ...

I should add that when I click on the iPW icon (top-right chrome) I can then click on "Open 1Password" button and nothing happens.
