Chrome: cmd+shift+x, hit enter or click "Open 1Password", nothing happens

If I visit a website in Chrome with 1Password Locked, hit Cmd+Shift+X, and tap enter or click the blue "Open 1Password" button, nothing happens. It just hangs and never prompts me for a password. htt...
