Clicking on Overall Password Strength bar does not show passwords with that strength

The release notes for 8.10.58 state:

When you select a password strength from Watchtower’s Overall Password Strength bar, you’ll now see a list of items with that password strength.

However, this does not seem to work for me. In the app, I click on Watchtower. If I then hover over the dark green section of the Overall Password Strength bar, it displays Show 83 Fantastic Passwords. But when I click on that area, it simply displays the items sorted by password strength (with weakest passwords first). Am I doing something wrong?
