Close buttons on the right
I see them on the right side in a lot of places. But they should not be there. Could you, please, consider moving them to the left? This should not be hard.

As those dialogs are modal ones they shoudln't have any kind of close button. macOS' modal dialogues use abort/cancel, yes/no, ... buttons.
But if you think your "emulated" dialogue windows should have a specific close button at the top stick to Apple's design guide lines and don't "invent" your own custom UI.
