closed items or accounts

There should be an option to keep data of an item where the account is closed or login has been cancelled. This acts as ready reference if I need to search details for it.

    I'm happy to report that we have a feature for that. 😄 The archive is available to store items that are no longer regularly needed but you want to keep as a reference:
