Cmd+X and Cmd+C do not work in title fields

On 1Password 8.9.15, cutting and copying from the title field no longer work. Edit the entry, select the title, select some text, try to cut it. It doesn't disappear. You can paste, but the other two keyboard shortcuts don't do anything.

Additionally, if you right click, all 3 options are greyed out.

I'm kinda surprised this is even possible to break - I thought those keybindings were baked into the OS.
