Constantly Being Asked to Unlock with Password
1Password in the Browser, both in Safari and Chrome never allow me to use Touch ID. And despite having 1Password app unlocked, it still will be locked in the browser, requiring my password.

2 years agoThat definitely isn't right and I'd like to investigate this further so that we can get this resolved. The next time that the issue occurs, please send in the following:
- The extension console log (from the browser that currently isn't working): https://support.1password.com/cs/extension-console-log/
- A diagnostics report: https://support.1password.com/diagnostics/
Attach both files to an email message addressed to support+forum@1password.com.
With your email please include:
