Corporate IT requirement for use of 1P on company laptop
Usage of 1P is approved as long as the password storage file is NOT stored in public cloud. The password storage file must be stored on local storage on on the internal AT&T One Drive environment.......

It isn't possible to use 3rd party storage such as OneDrive to store 1Password data. 1Password syncs your data itself, using end-to-end encryption, and the encrypted data is stored on 1Password.com (in addition to being stored on each of your devices). About the 1Password security model
