Couldn’t connect to 1Password helper

I'm having trouble connecting 1Password in Chrome and Brave on Windows 10. I've tried restarting my computer, reinstalling 1Password, restarting my browsers. I can't seem to use 1Password in my brows...

Hey @trickytank,

It sounds like you may have the older classic version of 1Password in your browser installed. Can you try the steps below to see if we can get things working:

  1. Right click the 1Password icon in your browser toolbar and choose 'Remove from Chrome'
  2. Install the latest version from here: https://support.1password.com/getting-started-browser/
