"Create a New Password" drop-down missing in Mac app
I use the Mac client, 8.10.58. I'm setting a friend up with the app on his Mac. He's in the trial period, if that matters. When I create a new Login item on his machine (in the app), the "Create a New Password" drop-down doesn't appear when clicking in the password field. It does in mine. Why might that be? I don't have his computer with me, but I have the latest version of the software on my computer, so presumably the same as his.

I'm sorry that your friend isn't able to create a new password using 1Password on their Mac. So that the team and I can investigate this further, please have them send in a diagnostics report from 1Password on their Mac:
